Bon + Vie


New York based Bon + Vie is focussed on being a one-stop-shop for sustainable information as well as an online shop for high quality sustainable fashion products. They needed a name, brand DNA, and full brand identity roll out.

It was important highlight the sustainable aspect of the brand, but also to stand out from others and not to disappear amongst the other ‘green’ brands. It needed to have a young, contemporary 2020 look.

Together with the founder of the business we established Bon + Vie's 5 core personality traits: trustworthiness, compassion, simplicity, light heartedness and optimism. These personality traits are the foundation of everything Bon + Vie stands for. During a collaborative process I translated these core personality traits into Bon + Vie's visual identity, which touches on imagery, typography, colours, graphic design and copywriting.
